VINYL.EU accepts online payments with Visa and Mastercard (more options to come).

Payment will only be debited to your account when the physical item is dispatched.
All amounts on the website include VAT and are in EURO (EUR).
VINYL.EU uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by others from outside.

You can always pick up your order for free, at our warehouse outside of Copenhagen :

Monday thru Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 13:30 to 16:00

We ship worldwide. If your country is not available in check out you are welcome to contact us at CONTACT@VINYL.EU and we will quote you a price.

Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal gives you a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 14 days count from the day you received your order.
Requests to use the right of withdrawal must be given via email to CONTACT@VINYL.EU. In the notification, your wish to use the right of withdrawal must be clearly stated. If you break the sealing of the item(s), you lose your right of cancellation.
If you have regretted your purchase, you can send the item back at your own expense. You are also welcome to deliver the item to us free of charge in VINYL.EU 's address listed below

If you send the item, you must ensure that the item is securely wrapped. You bear the risk for the package/goods yourself until we receive it. Therefore, save the postal receipt as well as any track & trace number.
We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or without distribution.
If you return the item, the item and packaging must be in the same condition as received.
You are liable for the deterioration of the product's value due to incorrect handling.

Shipping damage
If you receive a package that has visible signs of damage during transport, it is important that you receive the package with reservations, or alternatively open the package while the freight company's staff look on. If the contents have been damaged, a claim for compensation must be made with the shipping company in question. It is important that you immediately object to the condition of the package, and do not acknowledge receipt without reservation. If you discover damage or errors in connection with the shipment itself, you must contact us immediately (max. 48 hours) after receipt.

Right of complaint
There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right to complain applies to all defects in material and manufacturing. Complaint regarding errors and defects must be reported to VINYL.EU at CONTACT@VINYL.EU within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. 14 days is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. It is important that you contact us before sending the product back!

The complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
Complaints will not be accepted if they are sent by cash on delivery.
